北市4歲童繩繞頸　無呼吸緊急送醫

晚間北市臥龍街發生一起意外，年約4歲的男童被家人發現，頸部纏繞繩子已無生命跡象，家人立即把繩子解開並報警求救，目前救護車緊急將小男童送往國泰醫院急救，詳細發生原因警方仍在釐清中。(突發中心／台北報導)
