槍殺美國狙擊手　嫌犯可能免死

美國史上最強狙擊手凱爾（Chris Kyle）槍殺案將在下周再次開庭，兇嫌魯斯（Eddie Ray Routh）原是海軍陸戰隊下士，曾服役於伊拉克前線，退伍後心理適應困難，凱爾約他去靶場進行特定輔導，卻遭魯斯以半自動手槍近距離槍殺。
 
美國國家廣播公司報導，自本周四開始，法院將挑選陪審員，陪審員會被問到是否看過《美國狙擊手》，預計將從8百名陪審員中選出12名陪審員與2名替補。
 
報導指出，檢察官不會尋求死刑，因為被告魯斯退伍後的精神狀況不穩定。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
