8旬嬤疑遭虐待 監委申請調查

（中央社記者葉素萍台北29日電）雲林縣日前傳出8旬老婦疑遭虐待事件，監察院說，去年及前年通報的老人虐待案均達3000餘件，監委高鳳仙今天申請自動調查。

監察院說，85歲徐姓老阿嬤，疑遭外孫及外孫女當狗養，體重剩30公斤，半年沒洗澡，天花板懸掛一條紅色繩子用來綑綁阿嬤，全家用阿嬤的老農津貼過活，經網友舉發，媒體大幅報導，社會震驚。

監院指出，台灣家庭暴力的老人虐待案件逐年增加，去年及前年通報事件都高達3000餘件。監察委員高鳳仙今天申請自動調查，瞭解老人虐待防治機制。

監委調查方向，包括法制面及執行面有無漏洞？中央及地方政府對於老人虐待事件有何防治及因應對策？相關機關及人員有無積極依法執行通報及救援？

另外，監委指出，加害人有無依法處罰鍰及移送檢方偵辦？將老人安置後，有無依法向加害人請求償還保護及安置費用？政府有無監督機制，讓老農津貼及老人年金等確實用於養護老人？都有進一步瞭解及調查必要。1030929
