華擎配息9.57元　配發率逾100%

華擎（3515）董事會通過配發9.576元股息，配息率高達102.68%，探究原因，是華擎將歷年保留未分配盈餘0.99元拿出來配發給股東，且去年盈餘配息率也達93%高於往年，出現難得一見的高配息率榮景。

華擎去年每股稅後純益賺9.23元，董事會今天通過配發9.576元股息，其中含0.99元保留未分配盈餘，對股東是大利多。

立法院5月1日通過財政健全法案，包括富人稅率上限提高至45%，可扣抵稅額減半，都對上市櫃企業配股帶來全面性影響，而由於新法明年上路，後年報稅申報將適用，華擎趕在新法上路前，將1.1億元未分配盈餘發放給股東，替股東節稅。

今年多家科技公司已將未分配盈餘加在股息中發放給股東，也有利用減資退還資金方式替股東避稅，由於可扣抵稅額將減半，市場普遍預估明年除權息行情將不值得期待。（王郁倫／台北報導）
