華晶科宣布減資　每股退還股東3元

華晶科（3059）今天董事會決議，為調整資本結構及提升股東權益報酬率，擬辦理現金減資11.82億元，減資比例約30%，每股約退還給股東3元。

華晶科此次擬辦理現金減資11.82億元，現金減資比例為30%，減資後資本額從39.4億元降為27.59億元，將提報今年股東會討論後，待主管機關核准後，再訂定減資基準日。

華晶科發言人蘇建東表示，過去數位相機代工業務對於資金需求較大，現在已轉型為影像解決方案公司，對於營運資金的需求不像以前那麼大，財務面也沒有壓力，因此董事會決議透過現金減資的方式，將現金退還給股東，以拉高股東權益報酬率，且藉由現金減資瘦身，能讓每股純益表現更好。（陳建彰／台北報導）
