鍵盤滑鼠同時無反應

最近每次使用都遇到

電腦剛開機時，鍵盤滑鼠皆可正常使用，

使用一陣子後螢幕上的視窗都有反應，可見電腦並不是當機，

但是鍵盤滑鼠卻突然都無法使用，

將電腦後方USB插孔同時換孔插試後便可以再度使用，

但是數分鐘後仍同時無反應，即使換孔插也是，只好重新開機才再度有功能

之前是可以開機維持1小時以上才出現狀況，

但近日卻是開機數十分出現問題

即使送去維修，維修時檢查也都沒問題，

請問該要如何測試哪裡出問題，才方便送修
