這幾天新聞最熱門的莫過於「遠通 e-Tag」，這個系統的確是花了不少錢建置，但可能由於急著上路，導致問題很多，讓用路人怨聲載道，也因此有不少用戶人擔心被遠通多扣款，紛紛急著到遠通門市退租。其實遠通就有提供線上退出的網址，讓用路人可以線上退租，不用辛苦地跑到遠通門市囉！

只要連到遠通提供的網站，並且填入個人資料就可以完成退租啦！詳情請見「鹹魚爸的生活札記」。

退租之後，還是照樣可以上高速公路，帳單會用平信寄到你家，或者上高速公路三天後可以去便利商店查詢。在 103/7/1 日前，使用 eTag 有通行費九折的優惠，在 103/7/1 後，無論是否安裝 eTag，通行費一律九折。
