基市府官員酒駕判刑　「沒超速就不會被抓」

醉不應該！基隆市政府都發處使管科拆除組長張來賢去年11月23日晚間10時許，與友人在廟口聚餐喝下3、4杯威士忌酒，返家休息。隔日早上9時許張男以為酒精退了，駕駛自小客車行經台2己線北向1.7公里處，因超速遭路警員攔查，酒測值達0.74毫克，依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦；日前遭法院判張3個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元，仍可上訴。
 
《蘋果》致電給張來賢詢問判決結果，張無奈說，「我以為睡1個晚上酒就會退。」指出當天晚上飲酒返家休息後，未料隔天駕車超速被路邊警員攔查，張還說「如果沒有超速就不會被抓！」表示不會再上訴，會乖乖繳罰金。對此，市府機要秘書林宜錦表示，「市長林右昌對案情不甚了解。」；另請都發處長徐燕興了解案情，表示一切「依法辦理」。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
