有人收過 "網路實名驗證" 的簡訊嗎?

不知道要PO文在哪裡.. 因此在此詢問..

剛剛手機傳來一封簡訊，內容如下

"您的網路實名驗證已通過，本驗證服務收費1.5元，將在您的下期電信帳單收取"

以上的簡訊來源為+88691152555165

打過中華電信客服以確認非中華電信之業務

有人知道這封訊息的涵義嗎? 帳號被人盜用了? 多謝~!
