請問關於攜碼轉電信業者的問題?

請問我可不可以先去台灣大或遠傳辦一個門號,不辦手機,不綁約,只單純辦一個電話號碼就好了,但是要辦月租型的門號,不要辦預付卡的,辦完之後,再直接攜碼轉到中華電信去,請問可以這樣子辦嗎?
有人知道正確的答案嗎?謝謝大家!
