【更新】 台鐵列車撞上水泥塊　17列次誤點

哪來的水泥塊？台鐵列車煞車不及撞上，台鐵內壢南方平交道莫名出現水泥塊，1163次基隆開往新竹的區間車，11時4分行經內壢=中壢間的內壢南方平交道東線時，導致區間車排障器受損，無法自行啟動退回內壢站，卡在東線上，內壢=中壢間先以西線單線行車，旅客由1167次在15分鐘後於西線接駁乘客，導致雙向不通，直到13時10分完成接駁，恢復西線單線雙向行駛，受損車輛等待拖離後可恢復雙向通車，已有列車因此遭影響延誤超過50分鐘引發民眾抱怨。
 
台鐵表示，初判該水泥塊是來自電車線平衡錘水泥塊，為何會掉落到路線上正等待調查，目前已造成17列次延誤，平均每班誤點時間約45分鐘左右，預估要下午1時才能搶通。(李姿慧／台北報導)
