副總統吳敦義今天表示，健康、長壽才是真幸福，盼健康長壽、在地長壽、智慧長慧、活力長壽、樂學長壽為推動高齡化目標。

吳副總統上午出席中華民國老人福利推動聯盟成立20週年慶活動，老盟一路以來從一張桌子開始，成立時的38個會員團體，至今已有100個會員團體。

吳副總統表示，老人是指滿65歲以上的人口，民國83年老盟成立，老年人口達144萬人、占總人口7%；今年已成長到272萬人、占總人口11.7%；預估114年老年人口將突破20%，達473萬人。

副總統指出，營養、社會福利、生活環境在近10年改善，讓老年人口不斷增加，進入高齡化社會；若人的一生能健康又長壽，才是真正的幸福，若健康而不長壽則很可惜、若長壽而不健康則很苦惱。

吳副總統也提出老化政策，是指健康長壽、在地長壽、智慧長壽、活力長壽、樂學長壽，最後更引用禮記禮運大同篇希望能逐漸實踐。(中央社)
