【公庫】張森文逝世一年 大埔四戶要還地、國賠、重建、修法

在歷經苗栗縣政府不當徵收、強拆四戶居民後，去年9月18日，不幸發生遭強拆戶之一的張藥房男主人張森文意外落水身亡。今天（9/18）是張森文逝世一週年，台灣農村陣線偕同張藥房主人彭秀春及各個民間團體代表在凱道台北賓館前開記者會，訴求苗栗縣府與相關中央主管機關應就台中高等行政法院判決徵收違法負起相關責任：還地、重建、國賠、修法。會後由彭秀春等十人持陳情書進入總統府，要求政府應依法行政，檢討土徵條例並修法，遏止土地浮濫徵收的慘劇再度發生。...(完整內容)
