任何蔬菜都可以放冰箱
如果說放冰箱就會失去包鮮(如水分之類的)那都是因為冰箱的等級過低
或者是設計上的問題
像日本的高階冰箱本身就有設計濕度控制以及真空保鮮等功能
可以讓冰箱的溼度維持在一定水準不會讓水分過度揮發
類似防潮箱的溼度控制設計但當品質也會反應在價格上

任何菜都可以放冰箱
但是一定要完全沒有殘留水份可以冷藏
不然.葉子會爛掉
竹筍也可以放冷藏,若是買回來當天沒有煮
建議先煮過再冰,避免竹筍老掉
