偷來的安全帽不見了　小偷竟報警求助

台中市黎姓男子(22歲)於今年1月4日凌晨6時許，在豐原區一家網咖門口，徒手竊取張姓男子放在機車坐墊上的黑色安全帽，拿去使用，接著又回到網咖附近停好機車，進入網咖。同日下午1時許，張男從網咖出來，發現安全帽失竊，四處尋找後，在附近黎的機車上發現他的安全帽，於是取走。
 
偷拿張男帽子的黎男後來從網咖出來後，發現安全帽不見了，報警處理。警方透過監視器發現，原來帽子是張所有。台中地檢署偵結，依竊盜罪將黎提起公訴，黎最高可判5年有期徒刑。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
