標題[請益] UMC廠務與RD比較

各位前輩好， 小弟是四中電機碩畢， 最近有幸錄取了新竹聯電的廠務一職與先進製程RD， 現在兩個在做抉擇。 看過許多台積的廠務的優點不外乎就是不在產線上壓力小、薪水也不錯， 不知道UMC的廠務性質是否同台積? 由於家庭因素希望工時能比較正常， 做了RD怕會時常要加班， 所以有了以下考量想請教版上各位前輩: 1.不知道兩者的薪水比較起來差異大嗎? 2.後續發展、穩定性等等兩者比之如何呢? 先謝謝各位。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.5.166 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1426166783.A.6EF.html
