駁火槍擊 主嫌逃亡3月落網

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄30日電）高雄岡山5月間發生的疑因財務糾紛兩派人馬駁火槍擊案，警方循線逮捕主嫌商姓男子，今天依殺人未遂、槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例送辦。

高雄市警察局岡山分局調查，商男和盧姓男子疑有財務糾紛，盧男率2名手下持槍嗆聲，商男也不甘示弱，率5名手下到場。

雙方人馬在岡山區前峰路一言不合大打出手，並互相在馬路上開槍追逐，造成盧男等人受傷，送醫後無大礙，商男和手下犯案後逃逸，警方追緝陸續落網，只有商男仍逃逸無蹤。

警方組成專案小組布線追捕，掌握他的行蹤，循線在彰化一處KTV店逮人，帶回高雄偵辦。

警詢後，依殺人未遂、違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例等罪嫌，移送高雄地檢署偵辦。1030830
