請問:
我以問卷將樣本依RFM模型分為三群後,要如何以T檢定檢查該三群體是否有顯著差異呢?
說明:
1.每群之填答者數量不同,但問題皆一樣
2.問券中分三部分,第一部分有20題,第二部分也有20題,第三部分為個人基本資料
3.分群係以個人基本資料為分群之原則
