現在禽流感，家裡的毛寶貝還能吃雞肉嗎？～還是可已慎選豬肉呢？

首先要瞭解禽流感是由病毒引起的疾病。
病毒乃屬不耐熱,故雞肉在100度以上3分鐘就會死亡。
最重要的是處理雞肉的人員必須注意衛安全生觀念來處理即可。
目前臺灣尚未有禽流感病毒直接感染人類的病例發生,故請放心。
購買雞肉請加以注意就可以減少處理污染的機會發生。
