求解，即時通8.1版本這禮拜一直無法登入的問題！

如題！

上個禮拜日（前天）要登入的時候，就一直無法登入！一直出現這樣的字句：系統在登入即時通時發生錯誤。請稍後片刻再試。

我啟用了即時通的系統紀錄功能要回報問題，卻也出現了這樣的字句：傳送系統紀錄檔時發生問題。

重點是，我8.1版本用習慣了，一直以來也都未曾出現過問題；所以才沒更新！當時一直無法登入，我當下有在雅虎首頁有試著要下載最新版本的即時通，（變成香港雅虎頁面）但下載一直失敗！而我的朋友用手機上即時通，卻是一切正常！

我習慣使用即時通訊來跟一些特定好友做交談對流！但以上發生的問題，已經照成我很大的不便跟困擾；所以有求於知識+的高人前輩們，是否有能解決以上問題的方法！（因為我變成只能用信箱的簡略版即時通訊，如果可以；希望能繼續用8.1的即時版本！）
