桃園縣一名婦人誤信偏方，用自製工業酒精加鹽水浣腸長達10年，嚴重影響腦神經與視力險些喪命，住院半個多月才控制狀況。

中壢壢新醫院今天表示，這名年約64歲婦人因腹痛陷入昏迷，送往壢新醫院急診急救。

家人向醫師轉述，婦人為求省錢，聽信偏方，自行購買工業酒精，再自行加入鹽水稀釋，配製成土法浣腸溶液，緩解嚴重便秘情況，使用期間長達10年。

經醫院檢查，婦人視力受到影響，且併發意識障礙、腦神經壞死、中樞性尿崩症、心血管循環障礙等症狀，經醫院緊急插管搶救，並在加護病房住了17天後，才僥倖撿回一命。

壢新醫院腎臟科主治醫師林盈光表示，婦人長期使用偏方療法，但使用酒精浣腸，透過腸道直接吸收，造成身體影響嚴重傷害，尤其對眼睛、腦部、語言能力及情緒控制，都有嚴重後遺症。

壢新醫院重症醫學科醫師王奕欣也表示，酒精浣腸是一種偶見於國外青少年的異常行為，為了追求酒精的快感，又想避免刺激喉嚨不適與嘔吐，於是利用浣腸的方式透過腸黏膜吸收酒精進入血液。

但醫師表示，在美國曾傳出有酒精灌腸致死的案例，婦人利用這種錯誤方式，直接破壞腸道黏膜，會加速大腸黏膜壞死與嚴重纖維化。(中央社)
