【消夜文】吃不完的烏魚子

飢腸轆轆,但翻遍家裡居然找不到零食,打開冰箱,居然只剩下烏魚子,只好隨興炒個飯。
說來很可悲,冰箱裏頭居然除了烏魚子,還是只有烏魚子。都怪過年前失心瘋,一口氣買了太多。有人喜歡烏魚子黏糯的口感,但我更愛把外表煎得更酥香,做成蛋炒飯,比起直接品嘗,更多了飽足感。
 
蘋果花:哼!炫耀文,無誤~
 
烏魚子炒飯
材料:烏魚子1片、白飯4碗、蛋2顆、青蒜1根、蘋果1顆,米酒、醬油、臘肉、鹽水各少許
準備:烏魚子抹米酒靜置10分鐘,撕除薄膜後切丁。青蒜切末,臘肉切丁,蘋果去皮去核切丁,泡鹽水備用。
做法:乾鍋爆香臘肉,釋出油脂後,放蛋汁炒散,放烏魚子炒勻,倒入白飯炒勻,以醬油調味,灑青蒜炒一下,起鍋前拌入蘋果丁。
