餅乾沒辦法成糰

材料有
低粉100g
無鹽奶油50g
白糖50g
抹茶粉10~20g
蛋黃1顆

我把奶油放在電鍋裡讓它融化掉
然後把低粉和抹茶粉一起過篩
結果把材料全部加一加之後麵粉沒辦法成糰
都會裂掉
為什麼會這樣?

網路看到不能把奶油融化掉..
可是我都把材料全部+進去了...
這樣還有救嗎?
還是只能丟掉?
