墾丁禁菸來真的 稽查開岀6張罰單

4月1日登場的國家公園等處菸害防制開罰作業，屏東縣衛生局稽查員採3人一組的不定期稽查方式，昨晚先在鵝鑾鼻的春吶場地內對一位外籍人士開出墾丁第一張2000元的罰單，迄發稿時已累積達6張。
 
衛生局保健科長呂孟倫表示，6張罰單都採最罰金2000元開出但依菸害防制法規定最高可罰到1萬元。目前稽查作業採不定期巡迴各音樂場地，發現遊客未在吸菸區內抽菸，直接開罰。「被罰的民眾雖然覺得很衰，有的甚至與稽查人員爭辯不知此法已施行，但經稽查人員解釋後都能接受。
 
衛生局也指出，除了對遊客亂抽菸稽查外，各場地有些吸菸區設置的引導動線不完善，已要求活動單位改善，明天將再稽查，若仍未改善將可依法處罰新台幣1萬至5萬元罰鍰。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
