疑似被他人惡意砸損車輛玻璃該如何是好

大家好是這樣的我跟我老公平日都用車子做為通勤工具
在今天被人把車輛玻璃全部敲碎了(在駕駛座的玻璃

我們平日住學校附近師生會館
附近可能有監視器但怕找到凶手機率...微乎其微

有人知道 :如果抓到他
可以將他起訴要求多少賠償做為補償嗎

聽認識的說.. 那樣小小一片玻璃可能要3000起跳

==真是無妄之災 . . .
