小弟近來在準備年後轉職相關事宜，本身目前在面板業工作，前陣子有在人力銀行上，投Garmin顯示器相關工程師職務，但有些關於Garmin工作部門性質問題想請教版友們。問題如下： 1.Garmin目前部門有分製造部與工程部兩種，這兩個部門都有工程師職缺，但就職缺內容上看起來，製造部工程師比較像是製程工程師類型，而工程部工程師比較像是RD類型，請問真實裡面工作狀況是這樣嗎? 2.製造部工程師與工程部工程師兩者，假如在考績相同的情況下，年終分紅或在公司各種福利上會有差異嗎?? 以上兩個問題希望版友能幫小弟解惑，萬分感謝~!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.221.164 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1424993897.A.549.html
