三星A7看影片會卡住亂跳 20點急~

我最近新買了一支手機是三星的A7
我有看動漫類的會去伊莉影片區看
但我看到一半會卡住(會模糊影片後亂跳
試過其他影片都差不多有時可以(很少大部分都會跳
但有些是要下載類型的影片可用影片播放器看不會跳
我有用紅米機測試相同的影片可以看但新型的A7為何不能呢?剛買不到3天
