大哥在今年十一月底將屆齡65歲退休，但公家機關規定必須服務在明年一月十五日才正式退休，請問我大哥是否可以請取104年度考績與考核獎金？
考績獎金與考核獎金都在2月中旬或三月初才發放，我大哥則在一月十五日正式退休
