台中多家五星飯店　都用過正義油品

衛生局調查發現台中五星飯店也有多家用過正義的油品，金典酒店表示，館內的金園中餐廳，在今年一至七月之間，曾進正義香豬油製作豆沙鍋餅，但後來因調整菜單，未再使用。今天發出聲明指出，對於台灣油品再度出問題，表示相當的痛心及無奈。目前已無提供此品項，豬油部份皆改為自行提煉。

永豐棧公關陳育琳澄清，飯店的採購人員有進正義香豬油，但是是替擅烹飪的董事長何豐棧的媽媽所代訂，一年只進了八桶，飯店並沒使用。裕元花園酒店表示曾進過一桶正義香豬油，因館內豬油使用量不多，九月後又爆發油品風暴，因此之後都是自製豬油，未再進貨。（黃任膺／台中報導）
