重機停汽車車位 常被誤認是違規

〔自由時報記者李立法／屏東報導〕大型重型機車可停放於路邊停車格，卻常被民眾或汽車駕駛人視為違規，報警處理或擅自移動，車友透過公路總局網站反映心聲，建議增闢重機停車格。

「咦，這部機車怎麼停在路邊停車格！」汽車駕駛人因不滿停車格被機車佔用，報警處理，拖吊車抵達後，發現是懸掛重機牌的大型重機，並無違停，有些汽車駕駛人乾脆將重機移開。

重機車友楊文尚表示，重機停在收費汽車格的車友，稱得上是重機族群中的模範生，卻因汽車駕駛人不懂規定，擅自移動機車，甚至連停車收費員都不知道重機可停在停車格內，實在離譜。

屏東監理站表示，屏東縣大型重型機車（二百五十CC以上）領牌數為一千一百六十七部，大型重機在市區一般道路享有的路權比照汽車，有無設置重機專屬停車格的必要，涉及到交通法規及地方政府權限。

屏東縣政府交通科表示，重機停在路邊停車格比照一般自小客車收費，縣內目前還不需要另外劃設重機停車位。
