俄樓插烏旗　工人移除不忘拍照

俄羅斯遭烏克蘭插旗？莫斯科一棟1952年完工、高176公尺的摩天大樓，昨天被發現樓頂懸掛烏克蘭國旗，星形標誌若干處也被塗上藍漆！

一名工人登上大樓頂端欲移除國旗及藍漆，施工前忍不住先拍照留念。警方已逮捕數名年輕人，稱他們案發前帶著登山工具在大樓附近徘徊，警方懷疑他們經內部樓梯抵樓頂犯案。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
