懷疑遭出賣 竊嫌縱火燒老翁

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭21日電）宜蘭1名陳姓男子懷疑羅姓老翁洩露他行竊消息，日前向老翁潑易燃物並點火，導致老翁命危。警方昨天循線逮捕陳男。

宜蘭縣警局宜蘭分局17日傍晚發現75歲羅姓老翁疑似自焚，全身90%二至三度遭燒燙傷，現場留有1瓶甲苯；傷者轉送台北榮民總醫院治療，目前仍未脫離險境。

警方展開調查，認為案情不單純，發現傷者並非自焚，而是有人企圖向老翁報復，計劃把他燒死。

警方今天表示，經進一步調查發現，老翁當時在自家睡覺時，遭50歲陳姓男子爬牆入侵，並在老翁身上潑灑有機易燃物並點火後，隨即逃逸；至於下手動機是陳男懷疑老翁常向警方通風報信，洩露他行竊訊息，害他遭逮捕。

陳男昨晚在宜蘭市落網後矢口否認犯行，但經警方掌握相關證據後，已依殺人未遂、公共危險等罪嫌，將陳男移送法辦。1030821
