衛福部食品藥物管理署今公布3月份抽檢市售食品真菌毒素含量檢測結果,共抽61件食品,其中有4件花生製品檢出黃麴毒素含量,不符合國家標準規定,即總黃麴毒素量應少於15ppb(parts per billion,十億分之一濃度),其中抽檢結果超標最多的是澎湖正一食品廠的產品「花生米」,驗出黃麴毒素量為1103.5ppb,超標逾72.5倍,澎湖縣衛生局已於3月20日監督完成回收銷毀0.68公斤,並要求限期改正。
