反黑箱服貿學生衝入立法院佔領立法院議場進入第16天，截至今天13時已388小時。國民黨籍內政委員會召委張慶忠今天上午排案審查《兩岸服貿協議》，上午會議室外一度與爆發口角推擠；會議室內未開放採訪，但大批媒體仍在電梯口前守候最新動態。

張慶忠前天才為30秒通過《兩岸服務貿易協議》公開道歉，昨又在內政委員會排案審服貿，陳為廷、林飛帆昨痛斥，此舉是「打50萬人的臉」，籲民眾包圍立院，「讓國民黨立委不至於亂搞。」
