紐約匯市─Fed會議記錄添意外美元下跌

美元兌大多外幣走低。聯準會(Fed)公布1月會議記錄顯示，央行升息時間不會如先前預期之早，為美元帶來壓力。

美元報118.60日元，周二尾盤為119.25。歐元則下跌至1.1397美元，周二尾盤為1.1403。

英鎊兌美元上揚，英國貨幣政策委員會(MPC)一致投票決議，維持基準利率於0.5%不變，其購債計劃金額亦維持不變。

英鎊報1.5455美元，接近2015年初所創高點，會議前報1.5360。

Fed的會議記錄顯示，央行的鴿派立場勝於預期，亦即願意讓利率守於低檔更長時間。

分析師說，對美元多頭而言，FOMC會議記錄中，有諸多讓他們擔心的語句。最擔心者莫過於「許多Fed官員傾向讓利率停留於零水平更長時間。」

Fed仍可能較十工業國中的對手先行升息，但今日的會議記錄顯示，升息的速度可能不如最樂觀的美元多頭預期的快。

美元指數--衡量美元兌一籃六種貨幣走勢的指標--報94.10，少有變動。
