不知道用哪一家比較好

我要寄的東西是從台北市寄到新北市三重
東西是衣服，重量也沒多重

請問兩家都可以指定送達時間時間嗎?
聽說黑貓送達前會先打電話
那小七超商會嗎?

聽說黑貓要填寫收件人的電話?

兩家會要查驗寄件人證件之類嗎?

其它要給新手的注意事項?
