標題[請益] 研替身分但公司有計畫提議輪班

各位晚上好 小弟本身是研替身分 公司最近因為工作需求 想要把工程師變成日夜兩班 但是公司內部研替服勤規定有規定役男上班時間為08:00~17:00 到時候公司若是真的安排日夜輪班 是否可以以此規定向主管要求拒絕輪班 或者有什麼相關單位可以申訴公司的該項要求 謝謝 --
