誆欠錢向父詐財 女兒男友被訴

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中22日電）曹姓男子與謝姓女子在網路聊天室認識交往後，竟向謝父謊稱女兒在外欠錢，想藉此詐財，今天遭台中地檢署依詐欺罪起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，大學剛畢業的謝女在網路聊天室結識曹男後，離家出走與曹男同居。曹男以開公司為由，要謝女簽下新台幣150萬元本票，準備向謝父詐財。

起訴書指出，曹男先以謝女手機發送「爸，我在外面有欠人家錢，人家一直找我，我不敢回家，怎麼辦」的簡訊給謝父，然後再找2名男子先後到謝女家，向謝父索討金錢。謝父不相信，將2人趕出去。

曹男不死心，自己帶著本票前往謝女住處，向謝父索討150萬元，謝父仍不相信，報警處理。

曹男與謝女到案後坦承犯案，謝父不對女兒提告，檢方則依詐欺罪將曹男起訴。1040122
