以為是男友　正妹宿醉遭健身教練塞鳥性侵

一名台籍正妹2012年7月與加拿大籍男友及鄧姓健身教練等人，到台北市敦化南路的KTV唱歌，凌晨眾人到鄧男位於士林的公寓續攤，一群人酒酣耳熱後，正妹與男友到客房休息嘿咻，隔天上午男友酒醒離開後，鄧男竟跑進房間性侵正妹，因鄧男事後向正妹道歉並賠償30萬元，士林地院今依乘機性交罪，判鄧男2年徒刑、緩刑5年，緩刑期間付保護管束。
 
判決指出，正妹指控，當晚喝醉後，因情緒高漲，便和男友在鄧男公寓的客房嘿咻後睡著，不料隔天男友獨自離開，鄧男竟趁機潛到客房，見她衣衫不整，先「塞鳥」強迫她口交，又脫下她內褲性侵，她半睡半醒間原以為是男友求歡，不料睜開眼後才發現是鄧男，才一把將他推開，憤而報案。
 
出庭時鄧男坦承犯案，且表示十分後悔，除向女子道歉並賠償30萬元，雙方達成和解。
 
法官審酌，鄧男坦承犯行，且已賠償完畢，因此依法減刑，判鄧男2年徒刑、緩刑5年，全案可上訴。（吳珮如／台北報導）
