健身也要穿高跟　鄧紫棋意外露超翹臀

香港歌手鄧紫棋今年農曆年到美國拉斯維加斯開唱，近來她忙著練舞，也抽空健身，今天她在臉書分享重訓3張照片，意外秀出她的驕傲翹臀。

但有網友發現鄧紫棋鍛鍊時卻穿著高筒球鞋，忍不住留言「穿著錯了，應該穿運動鞋。穿那麼高的鞋子很容易受傷」。鄧紫棋隨即留言解釋，「舞台上一定是穿高跟鞋，所以我開始所有鍛鍊無論是跳舞還是重量訓練，全都是穿高跟鞋去做。唯一例外是跑步的時候。而且我穿高跟鞋做的時候，一定都是有教練在的時候」。（宇若霏／綜合報導）
