為了避免誤食過敏食物，歐盟從今天起要求食品包裝上，必須詳列是否含有堅果、乳糖等容易引發過敏的內容物，讓消費者能安心食用。

這項法規要求歐洲聯盟28國所有食品包裝都必須提供必要與正確的內容物資訊，所有進口到歐盟的其他國家食品也必須詳列14項包括堅果、穀膠、黃豆、乳糖、牛奶等常見的過敏原內容物。

甚至是製作食品過程中使用的油料，像是葵花子油、橄欖油、棕櫚油等，也被要求必須清楚標示。

即使是新鮮肉類，從豬肉、羊肉到各種禽類肉品，也要求至少以1.2公釐大小字體，詳細標示原產地。

食品製造商有3年過渡期，可以消化已經製造、上市的相關產品。(中央社)
