陸配安排大嫂假結婚 難逃法眼

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園機場4日電）一名取得中華民國國籍的陳姓女子，利用假結婚方式，安排她的大嫂來台工作，未料縝密教戰守則，仍難逃移民署法眼。

入出國及移民署今天表示，一名從事仲介事業陳姓大陸女子來台多年，並取得中華民國國籍身分，為了讓她的裴姓大嫂能順利來台打工，利誘公司內的員工充當「人頭老公」。

陳姓女子安排劉姓員工多次到大陸套招，也出示教戰準則，希望在入境台灣時能順利通過移民署的詢問。

但女子的大嫂、員工「假夫妻」在入境時，卻因為面談時神情緊張，且言談漏洞百出，遭面談官識破為虛偽結婚案。

移民署在調查後，依違反「台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例」，將劉姓員工與裴姓女子移送桃園地檢署偵辦。1031204
