Windows 升級8.1之後完全無法列印 -急，20點

前陣子WINDOWS8很自動的升級了(我明明有關掉自動更新，但他還是升級了)
升級之後所有的實體(個人有一台HP及BROTHER)以及虛擬印表機(例如ADOBE PDF等等)通通從"裝置與印表機中消失，重新裝卻顯示他已經安裝過，並且圖示是顯示為不在線-無法使用的灰白色

只要需要使用列印，在各個應用程式的列印窗中都會正常列出所有印表機，包含XPS以及PDF等等，也可以正常設定列印格式；但是一旦按下列印，則馬上會跳出"無法列印文件"，也沒顯示錯誤碼等等。

因為是需要經常列印PDF以及出圖等等的主修，現在臨近期末十分困擾。已試過重啟print spool等等等各種線上偏方，但無一奏效，懇請幫助!
