假設我的通信費用每個月大約是1000元左右，現在想辦有網路可使用的方案，但我上網只為了使用LINE與FB，但亦天上網的時間大約只有3個小時，那請問各路好手我比較適合使用中華電信的哪種方案比較划算呢?
