浴缸表面出現膨脹像是起水泡的問題

我家的浴缸表面出現膨脹像是起水泡的問題~

我有一陣子浴缸裝水,裡面的水都沒有放掉~

之後過一陣子放掉就出現表面膨脹,

表面一顆一顆的膨脹,像是起水泡一樣的問題

水放掉之後過了兩個禮拜左右,

表面的膨脹都沒有消除

請問是什麼原因??

有什麼方法可以解決這些浴缸表面的膨脹嗎??
