頂呱呱早在去年年底開始 全省很多店就開始陸續收攤不少

無關房價跟店租

而是市場的接受度跟市占率 , 真的買的人很少

頂呱呱曾經風光過 ,後來幾乎全倒光光 , 因為被麥當當和肯德基打到趴掉

前幾年 又死灰復燃...但好景不常 , 從去年開始就業績衰退不少

很多門市店 顧客很少 , 店面還越開越小

終究根本撐不下去

跟高房價一點關係都沒 , 又不是只有台北市才收 , 全台灣都收了一票不少
