針對美公共場所　伊斯蘭國鼓勵獨狼式恐攻

激進組織「伊斯蘭國」於網路發佈一宣傳影片，鼓動對包括紐約時報廣場在內的一些美國旅景遊點發動獨狼襲擊，該宣傳影片隨後已遭YouTube移除。　　

英國《每日電訊報》17日報導，過去24小時內網路上出現一段由「伊斯蘭國」發佈、名為「致美國的獨狼：如何在你的廚房製造炸彈、在旅遊景點和其他目標發動恐怖攻擊」的影片。影片中「伊斯蘭國」號召支持者在美國紐約、拉斯維加斯和德州一些擁擠的公共場所以及在美國各地的地鐵站等發動攻擊。 　　

據報這段影片在3周前就已上傳到網路，但在英國志工海恩斯上周遭斬首後，再次引起關注。它與「伊斯蘭國」先前發佈的威脅襲擊美國的影片類似。不過，美國紐約警察局局長比爾布拉頓表示這是「伊斯蘭國」首次用這種方式鼓動發動獨狼式襲擊。「我們非常擔心，「伊斯蘭國」利用社交媒體來宣傳招募活動和煽動暴力」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
