鳳凰來襲　東海岸湧長浪

輕度颱風「鳳凰」逐漸朝台灣逼近，中央氣象局於上午8時30分發布海上颱風警報，若方向不變，不排除登陸可能。花東海岸湧現長浪，岸巡署82大隊呼籲，東海岸可能出現瘋狗浪，民眾為了自身安全，應避免到海邊活動。

豐濱鄉石梯坪風景區下午仍湧進大量遊客，陸客不顧告示牌警告，仍「跨欄」到礁岩上拍照，讚說：「颱風來才好，這樣浪頭大，拍照背景特顯磅礡」。來自湖南的劉姓陸客說，住在內地，從未如此近欣賞太平洋壯麗景觀，來台遇到颱風「一點兒都不覺得掃興」。（黃瑞娟／花蓮報導）
