美國警告，將不接受俄羅斯在烏克蘭東部動用任何軍事武力。

俄羅斯表示，烏克蘭總統波洛申科（PetroPoroshenko）今天對外宣布停火並非和平提議，而是對親俄分離主義分子的最後通牒。

俄羅斯媒體引述克里姆林宮新聞機構報導，「這並非和平與協商的邀請，而是要烏克蘭東南部武裝分子投降的最後通牒。」

此外，俄羅斯媒體指出，俄羅斯在與烏克蘭邊界的檢查站發生槍擊，已要求基輔對此「解釋和道歉」。

美國警告，將不接受俄羅斯在烏克蘭東部使用任何軍事武力。外傳俄羅斯可能動用武力來保護烏克蘭的親俄民眾。

白宮發言人厄尼思特（Josh Earnest）說，「我們正密切關注局勢變化，不接受俄羅斯以任何藉口在烏克蘭東部動用軍事武力。」1030621
