手機檔案莫名其妙搞失蹤，怎麼辦？

我的手機(infocus m210)有時在插入USB線到電腦的時候，發現檔案全部都不見了！
但是在手機裡面看(用手機看，不用USB)卻都還在，這樣的情況應該怎麼辦？為甚麼會這樣？

(註：正常情況下在點開「我的電腦」中的卸除式磁碟(那一類的東西，總之是我的手機)的時候，都會在裡面再有一個名為「手機儲存」的磁碟，那裡面全都是我存的檔案以及系統檔案，然而以上描述的情況則是連「手機儲存」的磁碟都不見了)

總之希望各位大大可以回答兩樣東西：
1.這樣的情況該怎麼辦？
2.為甚麼會這樣？
